Our Story
​
Perry and Julianna met in March of 2006 in a class at BYU and were married later that year. Being entrepreneurs a family business moved them to St. George in 2008. They immediately noticed this hot desert town needed more ice cream options and since BYU ice cream was near and dear to their heart what better ice cream than their alma maters?
But it wasn’t until 10 years after they first had the idea that they were on a bike ride in little valley and they saw the perfect spot for a neighborhood ice cream shop. They signed a lease and waited 2 years for the building to get finished and finally opened the first Alumni Creamery in November of 2020. Though years in the making all the pieces finally came together perfectly. It was a dream come true working together as a couple and with their kids to get it up and running.

It’s been such a pleasure for them to provide Southern Utah with super premium original BYU ice cream and all the nostalgia that comes with it! There’s no better way to create memories with family and friends than over a bowl of deliciousness! But it’s being so warmly welcomed by the community has made all the difference and none of this dream would be possible without the patronage of customers.
